Job Overview:
  • Proven experience in Unix/Linux operating systems.
  • Familiarity with tools such as Nexus, Maven, Sonar, and Atlassian Suite including Bitbucket, Bamboo, Jira, and Confluence.
  • Expertise in scripting languages, particularly shell scripting and Python.
  • Skilled in handling tasks such as Access Requests, Artifact Management, Dependency Resolution, Disk Management, Docker Troubleshooting, and Process Enhancements.
  • Capable of addressing various operational issues including Customer Interactions, Customization Requests, Monitoring, and Software Upgrades.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving abilities.
  • Commitment to Security and Quality Standards.
  • Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Google Cloud is advantageous.
  • Proficient in Linux System Administration.
  • Familiar with scripting tools like Bash/Shell and Jenkins.
  • Experience in managing tools like Bitbucket, Bamboo, Jira, and Confluence.
  • Knowledge of IT Service Management tools such as BMC Remedy Helix and Jira.
  • Excellent communication skills.
