Job Summary:We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to provide high-quality patient care on our Behavioral Health unit. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for assessing patient needs, developing and implementing individualized care plans, and collaborating with the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:- Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans
- Provide direct and indirect patient care, including administering medications and treatments
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Document patient progress and maintain accurate records
- Participate in unit-based quality improvement initiatives
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of Connecticut
- Zero to six months of experience in a behavioral health setting
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
