**Key Responsibilities:**

* Provide high-quality patient care in a telemetry setting
* Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless patient care
* Float within scope as necessary to meet the needs of the unit
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
* Participate in ongoing education and training to enhance skills and knowledge

**Requirements:**

* Minimum 1-year experience in Telemetry
* Current KY or Compact license
* BLS, ACLS, NIHSS certifications
* EPIC experience
* COVID-19 vaccine required; exemptions allowed for medical/religious reasons
* Flu vaccine requirement status unknown
* Scrubs: Navy blue, without any agency or brand logos
* Tattoos and piercings: No nose rings or gauged earrings
* Nails: Should be less than 1/4" in length; natural fingernails required, polish is acceptable
