Qualifications- Doctorate degree in Family Medicine or related field
- Board certification/board eligibility in Family Medicine
- Current licensure in the State of Michigan
- Current DEA registration
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification
