About the Job

This part-time Temporary-Intermittent position is available immediately. The estimated annual salary for this role is $70,000-$90,000 based on qualifications and experience. If you're passionate about delivering exceptional patient care and working with a talented team, we encourage you to apply

Responsibilities:

  1. Patient Assessment: Conduct thorough assessments of assigned patients, evaluating plans and documenting nursing care to ensure high-quality outcomes.
  2. Communication: Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement effective patient care plans, prioritizing open communication and empathy.
  3. Leadership: Oversee nurses and allied health staff, fostering a culture of teamwork and excellence in patient care.
  4. Documentation: Maintain accurate records related to medications and treatments, adhering to regulatory guidelines and policies.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field.
  • Valid Florida Registered Nurse License, ACLS, BLS certification required.
  • Minimum 2 years of nursing experience.
