Job Summary

Ring Power Corporation, a leading Caterpillar dealer in the Southeastern United States, is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Service Leadperson Shop to oversee the efficient operation of our service shop.

Main Responsibilities
  • Ensure all assigned work is conducted in a safe and efficient manner, adhering to safety, environmental, and contamination control policies and procedures.
  • Supervise and assign tasks to technicians, ensuring they are aware of safety requirements and job assignments prior to shift start.
  • Review service reports for accuracy and completeness, and establish procedures for troubleshooting and diagnosing.
  • Effectively coordinate service work flow and job assignments to shop technicians, maintaining a high level of quality for all repairs on machines and components.
  • Communicate effectively with all technicians and stakeholders, and schedule bi-monthly toolbox safety meetings on relevant topics.
