Qualifications:
- Valid Florida RN license
- Associate's Degree in Nursing; Bachelor's degree preferred
- BLS certification from ARC or AHA
- 0-2 years of nursing experience preferred but not mandatory
Job Responsibilities:
- Assess assigned patients and develop, implement, and document nursing care plans.
- Assist physicians during examinations and medical procedures.
- Conduct various patient tests and administer medications in accordance with nursing practice standards.
- Foster patient independence by setting care goals and educating patients and their families about their conditions, medications, and self-care techniques.
Utilize your experience and judgment to achieve care objectives. Work three 12-hour shifts on varying days.
