Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Medical Laboratory Research Specialist to join our team at Baylor Scott & White Health.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in laboratory testing and research, with excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform a full range of laboratory tests and research projects, ensuring compliance with department procedures and regulatory requirements.

  • Demonstrate exceptional communication and teamwork skills.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a life science or related field.
  • Less than 1 year of experience in laboratory research.
  • Strong knowledge of laboratory regulations and protocols.
  • Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills.

Salary: The estimated annual salary for this position is $55,000 - $65,000, depending on qualifications and location.
