Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate team members during assigned shifts to ensure smooth operations.
  • Provide excellent customer service and resolve any issues or concerns promptly.
  • Prepare and cook food to meet high standards.
  • Train and mentor team members on company policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed to maintain optimal stock levels.
  • Maintain dining and kitchen areas, including clearing and cleaning tables, emptying trash cans, and cleaning floors.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards.
  • Operate POS system and handle transactions accurately.
  • Assist in opening and closing procedures as required.
  • Lead by example and demonstrate exceptional leadership skills.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a similar role in the food service industry preferred.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications a plus.
