Branch Director Home Health Full Time

The Branch Director is a key leadership role responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our Home Health branch. This includes ensuring operational efficiencies, quality of patient care, regulatory compliance, and support for business development and patient growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement operational strategies to drive business growth and improve patient outcomes.
- Supervise and support clinical staff to ensure high-quality patient care and regulatory compliance.
- Collaborate with the Area Director of Operations and Finance Department to establish revenue and budget goals.
- Conduct continuous quality improvement initiatives, including quarterly committee meetings and patient satisfaction data reviews.
- Communicate effectively with referral sources, sales directors, and account managers to meet admission goals.
- Current and unrestricted Registered Nurse licensure (in the state of practice) preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of healthcare operations management experience, preferably within Home Health or Hospice.
- Outstanding leadership skills with demonstrated experience motivating, educating, supervising, and supporting staff.
- Experienced with quality improvement monitoring and reporting tools and methods.
- Knowledge of business management, governmental regulations, and accreditation standards.
- Fiscal management experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- EMR proficiency, prior Homecare Homebase (HCHB) experience is a plus.
- Must be proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Must possess a valid state driver's license, reliable transportation, and automobile liability insurance.
