Registered Nurse (RN) - ICU Step Down Opportunity

LifeBridge Health is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at Levindale Hospital. As a Registered Nurse in our High Intensity Care Unit (HICU), you will provide exceptional patient care and work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide safe and effective patient care, utilizing strong clinical skills and judgment.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
  • Monitor and assess patient status, implementing interventions to modify symptoms and enhance outcomes.
  • Function as a resource and leader for other members of the patient care team.

Requirements:

  • Formal working knowledge equivalent to an Associate's degree (2 years college).
  • 2+ years of experience in the area of clinical expertise.
  • Maryland Registered Nurse License.
  • American Heart Association BLS CPR certification.
