About the Position

We are seeking a highly skilled Hardware Support Specialist to join our team at F2OnSite. As a key member of our IT field services team, you will be responsible for providing expert hardware support services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware equipment, including desktops, laptops, and printers.
  • Assist with equipment deployments, migrations, and upgrades.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical issues.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar role, with a strong background in hardware deployment and troubleshooting.
  • Excellent technical skills, particularly in hardware deployment and troubleshooting.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Compensation and Benefits

  • A salary range of $65,000 - $85,000 per year.
