The Salvation Army is seeking a skilled Social Services Liaison to join our team in addressing the complex issue of homelessness in King County. In this role, you will engage with individuals living unsheltered, providing intensive housing assistance and expert case management to help them achieve stable housing.
You will maintain contact with clients while they are working on their housing assessment and housing readiness plan, providing resource referral, advocacy, and formal/informal referrals to community resources. Your expertise in Coordinated Entry for All (CEA), Rapid Re-Housing (RRH), and city, county, and other partner human services agencies will be invaluable in this role.
This position requires a strong understanding of the social service landscape and the ability to build relationships with community partners and stakeholders. A bachelor's degree in social work or a related field, along with 4+ years of relevant experience, is essential for success in this role.
