Job Summary

We are seeking a Shop Manager, Diesel Truck Mechanics, and Service Technicians for our Souderton Division. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in diesel engine maintenance, repairs, and overhauls, with a focus on ensuring a like-new condition. The role will involve performing inspections, maintenance, repairs, and overhauls of diesel engines, including brakes, tires, and electrical systems.

Responsibilities
  • Perform routine inspections and maintenance on diesel engines to ensure optimal performance and longevity.
  • Conduct repairs and overhauls of diesel engines, including brakes, tires, and electrical systems.
  • Collaborate with the Shop Manager to develop and implement maintenance schedules and repair plans.
  • Ensure all work is completed to the highest standards of quality and safety.
Requirements
  • CDL license with Air Brake Endorsement (a plus)
  • Valid driver's license
  • Tools and equipment necessary for the role
  • Strong knowledge of diesel engine maintenance, repairs, and overhauls
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
