Key Responsibilities:- Follow and fulfill the duties given by the Executive Chef, Sous Chefs, or senior line cooks
- Work with a variety of proteins, including various cuts of beef
- Keep stations clean and well stocked with the ingredients required to cook the dish that they are asked to prepare
- Provide exceptional hospitality to our guests
- Excellent Emotional Self Awareness under pressure while maintaining a respectful, warm presence
- Curious Intelligence to continue learning in the position
- Knowledge of various culinary procedures and methods (grilling, baking, boiling, etc.)
- Good sense of taste and smell
- Knowledge of a second language is a plus
