Responsibilities
  • Assess patients' physiological and psychological needs, and develop comprehensive care plans to address their unique requirements.
  • Provide direct nursing care to patients of all ages, using the nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation.
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to coordinate patient care and ensure seamless transitions between departments.
  • Manage patient care assignments and direct the activities of ancillary staff to ensure efficient and effective care delivery.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest clinical practices and guidelines, and participate in ongoing education and professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • Current CA RN license
  • BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications (PALS strongly recommended)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse patient populations and healthcare teams.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities.
