Job Overview

TouchPoint is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to oversee all culinary functions for a dining account. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for managing and leading a team of associates, ensuring the highest level of safety and sanitation, and driving culinary excellence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement cost-effective menu plans and manage inventory to optimize profitability.
  • Collaborate with the culinary team to design and execute new culinary programs and promotions.
  • Lead and motivate a team of culinary professionals to achieve exceptional results.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations.
Requirements
  • Culinary degree or equivalent experience.
  • 3-5 years of culinary management experience, preferably in high-volume production and catering environments.
  • Proven track record of managing cost controls and driving revenue growth.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
