Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced OR RN to work in a fast-paced, multispecialty environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in trauma care and be able to work effectively in a team setting.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-quality patient care in the OR, including pre-operative, intra-operative, and post-operative care.
  • Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless patient care.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of one year direct Operating Room Registered Nurse experience.
  • Multispecialty trained Operating Room nurse is highly desired.
  • Education: BSN from an accredited school of nursing. If RN has an Associates Degree (ADN); must complete BSN within 5 years of start date.
  • RN License to practice in the Commonwealth of Virginia.
  • BLS for Healthcare Provider certification required (AHA).
