Oncology Nurse Specialist Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Oncology Nurse Specialist to join our team at Premier Health in Dayton, Ohio. This is a 13-week contract opportunity that offers a competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package.
Job Description:
This is a challenging yet rewarding role that requires strong clinical skills and a passion for delivering high-quality patient care. As an Oncology Nurse Specialist, you will work closely with our multidisciplinary team to provide exceptional care to patients with various types of cancer. Your expertise will be essential in administering chemotherapy, managing symptoms, and coordinating treatment plans.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you must have:
- 1.5 years' experience as an RN with a focus on oncology or hematology
- A valid nursing license in Ohio
- EPIC experience preferred
- BLS & ACLS certifications
- Sickle cell experience and chemo certification strongly preferred
- Ability to pass an online EKG tele competency assessment before starting the assignment
- Floating and availability to work every other weekend/holiday
- Adaptability and flexibility to accommodate changing patient needs and unit assignments

Estimated Salary Range:
$90,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
