Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Cruise Terminal Agent. As a key member of our Guest Cruise Experience team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience for all.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service to guests, answering their questions and addressing their concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Work collaboratively with our team to ensure a smooth and efficient guest experience, from check-in to departure.
  • Assist with logistics and operations, including handling guest luggage, providing information, and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge, ensuring you are equipped to provide the highest level of service to our guests.
Requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of energy and enthusiasm.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays.
  • Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
