About the Role
We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse to provide individualized nursing care to patients, develop and implement care plans, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal outcomes. Responsibilities
* Deliver fundamental, knowledge-based care to assigned clients while developing technical competencies
* Develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each patient
* Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care coordination and optimize patient outcomes
* Educate patients and their families on self-management and customer satisfaction throughout the continuum of care
Requirements
* Current, full, active, and unrestricted registration as a graduate professional nurse in a State, Territory or Commonwealth (i.e., Puerto Rico) of the United States, or the District of Columbia
* Graduate of a school of professional nursing approved by the appropriate accrediting agency and accredited by one of the following accrediting bodies: The Accreditation Commission for Education in Nursing (ACEN) or The Commission on Collegiate Nursing Education (CCNE)
