Key Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care to critically ill patients, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
- Monitor and manage patient vital signs, medication administration, and other critical care interventions
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care transitions
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction
- 2+ years of RN experience in a non-critical care area
- Current RN licensure in the state of Texas
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
