Physical Therapist

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Physical Therapist to work with our team in Eureka Mill, SC. As a Physical Therapist, you will be responsible for assessing, diagnosing, and treating individuals with a range of physical impairments and functional limitations.
Key Responsibilities:- Assessment and Diagnosis: Conduct thorough evaluations of clients' physical conditions, including their strength, range of motion, and functional abilities. Develop accurate diagnoses and identify appropriate treatment needs based on assessment results.
- Treatment Planning: Create and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each client's specific goals and needs. Utilize evidence-based practices and therapeutic techniques to guide interventions and set measurable objectives.
- Therapeutic Interventions: Provide direct therapy services, including therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and modalities, to improve clients' mobility, strength, flexibility, and overall physical function.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate and detailed records of client evaluations, treatment plans, progress notes, and therapy sessions. Ensure compliance with legal, ethical, and organizational standards.
- Professional Development: Engage in ongoing education and professional growth to stay current with advancements in physical therapy and provide high-quality care.
- Community Engagement: Participate in community outreach and educational activities to promote awareness of physical therapy services and support local health initiatives.
- Education: Doctoral or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
- Licensure: Valid South Carolina state licensure as a Physical Therapist (or eligibility to obtain licensure).
- Certification: Certification from the American Board of Physical Therapy Specialties (ABPTS) preferred.
- Experience: Previous experience in a clinical or rehabilitation setting is desirable.
- Technology: Proficiency with electronic health records (EHR) and other relevant technology.
