We are seeking a skilled Ultrasound Tech to join our team at Blue Ridge Regional Hospital. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for operating ultrasound equipment to produce high-quality images of patients' bodies. Your expertise will help us provide exceptional patient care and contribute to the success of our hospital.
Responsibilities- Operate ultrasound equipment to produce high-quality images of patients' bodies
- Assess patient care needs and develop plans to meet those needs
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate diagnoses and effective treatment
- Maintain accurate records and reports of patient care
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with advances in ultrasound technology and patient care
- Graduate of an accredited ultrasound program
- ARDMS or ARRT Registry in Ultrasound at time of hire
- Vascular Ultrasound Registry from either ARDMS, ARRT or CCI required upon hire
- High Risk OB technologist must be registered in OB/GYN
- BCLS certified
