We are seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our team at Health Promotion Disease Prevention Fort Peck Tribes. As a Physical Therapist, you will work with rural, high-risk patients and minority populations to provide medical care and improve health outcomes.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement treatment plans for patients with physical disabilities or injuries
  • Conduct assessments and evaluations to determine patient needs
  • Provide education and training to patients and their families on proper care and rehabilitation techniques
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
  • Document patient progress and maintain accurate records
Requirements:
  • At least 5 years of experience in a relevant healthcare field
  • Knowledge of Native American health disparities and experience working with Native American communities
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
