Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Speech Language Pathologist to join our team at Soliant. As a Speech Language Pathologist, you will play a vital role in providing comprehensive speech and language assessments and evaluations for students, developing and implementing individualized treatment plans, and delivering engaging therapy sessions using evidence-based techniques.

Responsibilities
  • Assessment and Evaluation: Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of students' speech and language skills to identify areas of strength and weakness.
  • Treatment Planning: Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each student's unique needs and goals.
  • Therapy Sessions: Deliver engaging and effective therapy sessions using evidence-based techniques to promote student progress and achievement.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support student progress and ensure a comprehensive approach to student care.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate and organized documentation of services provided to students.
Requirements
  • Education: Master's degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders or Speech-Language Pathology.
  • Licensure: Valid SLP state license.
  • Certification: Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) preferred.
  • Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team, and experience working with pediatric populations is desirable.
