Starbucks Barista

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Starbucks Barista to join our team at Target. As a Starbucks Barista, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional guest experience, preparing and serving high-quality beverages and food, and maintaining a clean and welcoming store environment.

• Deliver an exceptional guest experience by providing personalized service, answering questions, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Prepare and serve high-quality beverages and food, including Starbucks' signature drinks and menu items.
• Maintain a clean and welcoming store environment, including the cafe area, restrooms, and surrounding spaces.
• Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales goals, manage inventory, and maintain a positive and productive work environment.
• Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge, including Starbucks' customer service standards and product knowledge.

• Previous experience as a barista or in a customer-facing role is preferred.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and customers.
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
• Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and operating a point-of-sale system.
