Pharmacy Technician

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Pharmacy Technician to join our team at UnitedHealth Group. As a Pharmacy Technician, you will play a critical role in supporting the pharmacy team in providing exceptional patient care and services.
Key Responsibilities- Fills prescription orders and makes them available for verification under the direct supervision of a registered pharmacist.
- Orders, receives, and stores incoming pharmacy supplies.
- Receives and processes wholesaler medication orders.
- Verifies medication stock and enters data in the computer to maintain inventory records.
- Works with the Pharmacist to assist in the pharmacy functions and keep the pharmacy in compliance with all federal and state requirements.
- Performs various clerical duties relating to the department.
- Communicates with solid professional verbal and written communication skills.

Requirements- Active and unrestricted Pharmacy Technician license in the state of Texas.
- Access to reliable transportation.
- National Pharmacy Technician Certification.
- Previous pharmacy technician experience.
- Bilingual in Spanish and English.
