Nurse in Patient Care Specialist

We are seeking a compassionate and empathetic Registered Nurse to join our outpatient dialysis team at DaVita. As a Nurse in this role, you will provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment while building meaningful relationships with patients and their families.
About the RoleIn this position, you will be responsible for overseeing a group of patients, conducting observations, and working closely with a supportive team to ensure the best possible outcomes for our patients. You will work with patients who are dealing with end-stage renal failure or chronic kidney disease, requiring unique treatment plans and a broad range of nursing skills and knowledge.
No prior dialysis experience is required, but you must have a flexible schedule and be able to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays. We offer comprehensive training, so you will receive the support and resources needed to excel in this role.
What We OfferAs a Registered Nurse at DaVita, you can expect:
- A competitive salary range of $73,000 - $113,000 per year, depending on your qualifications and experience.

To be successful in this role, you will need:
- An Associate's Degree in Nursing (A.D.N.) from an accredited school of nursing.
- A Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (B.S.N.) or three-year diploma from an accredited diploma program may be substituted for a nursing degree.
- Intensive Care Unit (ICU), Critical Care Unit (CCU), Emergency Room (ER), or Medical Surgical (Med Surg) experience is a plus, but not required.
- Certified Nephrology Nurse (CNN) or Certified Dialysis Nurse (CDN) certification is also a plus.
