As a Labor and Delivery Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care to expectant mothers and their newborns. You will work closely with the healthcare team to ensure the best possible outcomes for patients.

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care to expectant mothers and their newborns
  • Monitor fetal heart rates and maternal vital signs
  • Administer medications as ordered by physicians
  • Assist with deliveries and postpartum care
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans
Requirements
  • One to three years of experience as a Labor and Delivery Registered Nurse
  • Current RN licensure in the state of Virginia
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
  • Ability to work 12-hour shifts, including nights and weekends
