Director of Creative Content Development
This role is a hybrid position, requiring some in-office collaboration.
Compensation: $115k-$135k
As the Director of Creative Content Development, you will have the opportunity to greatly enhance your creative impact and play a pivotal role in narrating our story through engaging multimedia content.
Key Responsibilities:
- Driving our multimedia content vision, focusing on video production, podcasts, and interactive media.
- Leading the creation, production, and dissemination of high-quality video materials, including long-form podcasts, short-form videos, product-focused content, customer testimonials, case studies, and thought leadership articles.
- Overseeing our content schedule across all platforms, ensuring a unified narrative that effectively communicates our value proposition through diverse media formats.
- Managing a talented team of content creators, including videographers, editors, writers, and designers.
- Collaborating with various teams to produce compelling content that supports product launches, marketing strategies, brand initiatives, and other market activation efforts.
- Innovating and implementing new methods to convey our narrative through multimedia channels, effectively reaching and engaging our target audience.
About You:
- You possess a strong background in multimedia content leadership, with at least 5 years of experience in content strategy, including a minimum of 3 years in multimedia production and team management.
- You excel in storytelling across multiple formats, particularly in video production. You are adept at crafting engaging narratives across various media, with a particular strength in video. Comfort behind and in front of the camera is essential, as is proficiency in video editing.
- You have a proven ability to expand brand visibility through multimedia content, with a track record of creating engaging video materials and SEO-optimized editorial content.
- You are a skilled presenter and communicator, experienced in delivering impactful presentations to diverse audiences and coaching executives in effective brand messaging.
- You are an inspiring leader in the creative domain, passionate about developing talent and fostering an environment of continuous learning and improvement.
- You have a well-established network within the multimedia industry, including connections with videographers, editors, writers, and other professionals.
- You are a proactive innovator in content creation, eager to explore new formats and techniques while actively seeking feedback to enhance your work.
- You bring a diverse portfolio of multimedia projects, showcasing your extensive experience across various platforms and formats.
