We are seeking an experienced Master Construction Tech to join our team in Charleston, WV. As a key member of our crew, you will be responsible for delivering top-notch repairs, remodeling, and home improvement projects while providing exceptional customer service.

• Complete small to medium repairs, remodeling, and home improvement projects, leveraging your technical expertise and problem-solving skills.
• Communicate effectively with customers regarding scope of work and cost estimates, ensuring transparency and satisfaction.
• Maintain a safe and organized workspace, adhering to OSHA safety regulations and best practices.
• Demonstrate exceptional customer service skills, presenting a professional image and maintaining a friendly demeanor.

• A minimum of 5-10 years of experience in skilled trades, preferably in carpentry, drywall, painting, plumbing, electrical, flooring, door installation, deck repairs, and other related areas.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work independently without supervision.
• A valid driver's license with no major violations in the past three years and the ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
