About the Job:

Golden Corral is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Cashier/Host. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, processing transactions accurately, and maintaining a clean and organized environment.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Provide top-notch customer service to guests, responding to their needs and concerns.
  • Process transactions quickly and accurately, handling payments and making change as needed.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including the host/cashier station and surrounding areas.
  • Assist with setting up the buffet and ensuring it is properly labeled and cleaned.
  • Follow local health department laws and maintain high standards of cleanliness and sanitation.

Required Skills:

  • Prior experience in a retail or food service environment is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and credit transactions.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods.

Salary and Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary of $12-$15 per hour, depending on experience. Additionally, we provide benefits, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as opportunities for advancement within the company.
