In this position, you will serve as the initial contact for evaluating incoming vehicles, determining necessary repair procedures, and diagnosing any issues.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations of vehicles through detailed inspections.
- Implement U-Haul's quality standards effectively.
- Diagnose issues and recommend appropriate actions regarding parts and labor.
- Assign necessary parts and labor on work orders for technicians.
- Perform basic mechanical repairs as required.
- Engage in ongoing education through U-Haul's training programs to stay updated with current technologies and our evolving fleet.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced team-oriented environment.
- Familiarity with diagnostic equipment.
- Understanding of automotive and trailer mechanics.
- Possession of a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
