Position Overview:

We are in search of an experienced accounting professional with a strong focus on financial strategy and leadership capabilities. The selected candidate will play a crucial role in the financial success of our organization.

This is a permanent, full-time opportunity that offers a chance to significantly impact our financial operations.

The Accounting Manager will oversee the daily functions of our accounting department, provide expert financial analysis and guidance, and ensure compliance with legal standards and company policies.


Key Responsibilities:
As an Accounting Manager, your duties will include:

  • Managing general accounting functions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and tax compliance.
  • Coordinating the preparation of budgets, financial forecasts, and variance reports.
  • Preparing and publishing timely monthly financial statements.
  • Coordinating regulatory reporting preparations.
  • Researching technical accounting issues to ensure compliance.
  • Supporting month-end and year-end closing processes.
  • Ensuring quality control over financial transactions and reporting.
  • Developing and documenting business processes and accounting policies to enhance internal controls.
  • Managing compliance with local, state, and federal reporting requirements and tax filings.
  • Developing and maintaining financial accounting systems for cash management, accounts payable, accounts receivable, credit control, and petty cash.
  • Reviewing financial data and preparing monthly and annual reports.

Qualifications:
To qualify for this role, candidates should possess:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting and financial management.
  • Demonstrated experience as an Accounting Manager.
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office, accounting software, and databases.
  • Ability to manage large datasets effectively.
  • Strong knowledge of GAAP and accounting principles, practices, standards, laws, and regulations.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Leadership and supervisory skills.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
  • CPA certification is highly preferred.
  • Proficiency in financial reporting and management.
  • Experience with Netsuite is essential.
  • Willingness to work onsite full-time.
