Job Opportunity

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Workers' Compensation Paralegal to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in assisting attorneys with managing workers' compensation cases.

Responsibilities
  • Assist attorneys in preparing and managing case files, including documentation and filing.
  • Conduct research and gather information related to clients' cases, medical records, and insurance policies.
  • Draft and review legal documents, such as petitions, motions, and discovery requests.
  • Communicate with clients, medical professionals, and insurance companies to obtain necessary information and updates.
Requirements
  • Associate's degree in Paralegal Studies, Legal Studies, or a related field; or equivalent work experience.
  • Certification from a recognized paralegal organization (e.g., NALA, NFPA) preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience working as a paralegal, with a focus on workers' compensation law preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of workers' compensation laws and procedures.

The salary for this position is approximately $46,000 - $52,000 per year, based on experience.
