Job Summary

Clean Harbors is seeking a skilled Over the Road Class A Dry Van Driver to join their team. As a key member of our safety-conscious team, you will be responsible for running a route from Baltimore, MD to Cincinnati, OH, covering miles per week. This position requires traveling away from home for 10-14 days at a time.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure Health and Safety is the top priority by adhering to safe work practices, policies, and processes.
  • Operate tractor-trailer tanker units and other vehicles.
  • Collect fuel loads and water materials from Clean Harbors branches and transport to our Clean Harbor recycle center.
  • Adhere to weights and ensure proper utilization of the units.
  • Placard vehicles in accordance with Company and Department of Transportation (DOT) requirements/regulations.
  • Maintain daily logs, time sheets, expense reports, dispatch and trip reports, as well as vehicle inspection reports.

Requirements
  • Willing to travel away from home for 10-14 days at a time.
  • Class A CDL Required.
  • HAZMAT and Tanker endorsements Required.
  • 12+ months of Class A driving experience Preferred.
