Hotel Receptionist

Emerald Hospitality Associates is a premier hotel development and management company that offers a rewarding and fun work environment. We are currently seeking a Guest Service Agent to join our team. As a Guest Service Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests by responding promptly and efficiently to inquiries, requests, and complaints. The estimated salary for this position is $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience.

Job Summary: The Guest Service Agent will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests by responding promptly and efficiently to inquiries, requests, and complaints. This includes maintaining order and cleanliness of front desk and back office to present a pleasant and professional image to guests. The ideal candidate will have basic computer skills, ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing, and excellent time management skills.

• Maintain accurate records and perform administrative tasks as required.

Requirements:
