Christus Health is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated physician to join our team as a faculty member in the Department of Pediatrics, Division of Gastroenterology. This is a full-time position that comes with a faculty appointment, a competitive salary, and a comprehensive benefits package.
Key Responsibilities- Provide clinical care to children with gastrointestinal disorders, including ambulatory and inpatient care, consultative services, and performance of general GI procedures.
- Supervise and educate medical students, residents, and fellows in Gastroenterology, and participate in the development of clinical research projects.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of clinical programs and services in Pediatric Gastroenterology.
- MD, PhD, or equivalent degree.
- Completion of an ACGME-approved fellowship in Pediatric Gastroenterology or equivalent.
- Licensed by the Texas Medical Board.
- Board Certification by the American Board of Pediatrics, subspecialty certification in Pediatric Gastroenterology Medicine or eligible for same.
