Job Summary

The SYUFY GROUP is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Maintenance Technician Associate II to join our team. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for maintaining the overall cleanliness and upkeep of our resort-style clubs, including fitness equipment and other areas of the building.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain all areas of the building, including fitness equipment, to ensure a clean and safe environment for members and staff.
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as cleaning, painting, and repairing equipment and facilities.
  • Assist with special projects and events, such as club renovations and member appreciation events.
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as operations and management, to ensure seamless execution of club operations.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements
  • Minimum one (1) year(s) experience in building maintenance.
  • Ability to work alone and stay on task.
  • Standing for long periods of time.
  • Understand basic computer functions, including Excel and Word.
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs.
