Mold Fabricator

We are seeking a skilled Mold Maker to join our team at Intex Technologies. As a Mold Maker, you will be responsible for building and repairing plastic injection, diecast, and foam molds to meet customer standards.

• Build and repair molds using manual machines, including milling, lathe, and surface grinders.
• Operate Tig and Mig welding equipment.
• Use hand tools to perform tasks such as spotting and fitting components, benching, and polishing.
• Plan and execute assigned mold making, major PMs, and engineering changes.
• Perform complex mold builds and repairs.
• Receive and follow written and oral instructions from supervisors.
• Complete all necessary paperwork.
• Comply with company policies and procedures, including attendance, work safety, and ISO standards.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Associates degree or technical program in a related field is a plus.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to work scheduled shifts and overtime as needed.
• Pass background check, drug screening, and physical per job demands and requirements.
• Own necessary tools.

The noise level in the work area is moderate, with hearing protection provided. Employees are exposed to moving machinery parts and hand tools. Frequent lifting and moving of 50 pounds is required, as well as standing, bending, squatting, and reaching for extended periods. Ability to use all hand tools and precise measuring equipment is necessary.
