Job Summary:
The RN House Supervisor at Haven Behavioral Healthcare is a key role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care and supporting direct care staff. With at least two years of nursing experience in acute psychiatric care and management, this role is ideal for those seeking a challenging and rewarding career in healthcare.

Key Responsibilities:
* Provide oversight for the provision of care
* Serve as a resource to the direct care staff
* Coordinate on-site response to incidents, errors, and sentinel events
* Provide support to the DON and/or Nurse Manager with staffing, staff education, and other activities as assigned

Requirements:
* RN graduate from an accredited program
* Current state licensure in good standing
* At least two years of experience as a Registered Nurse with one year acute psychiatric experience and one year management experience preferred
