About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Team Leader to join our team at Ski Butlers. As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for upholding our customer service standards while managing the flow of day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operational Management: Oversee the opening and closing of the shop, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for customers and staff.
  • Team Management: Lead pre- and post-shift team meetings, ensuring each team member understands expectations and responsibilities for that shift.
  • Customer Service: Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner, providing exceptional service and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Logistics and Scheduling: Plan delivery routes, support calls, and pickups for the current and upcoming shift, ensuring seamless operations.
  • Quality Control: Ensure brand standards are met daily, including uniforms, vans, equipment, and shop cleanliness.
Secondary Responsibilities
  • Sizing and Fitting: Assist guests with sizing and fitting equipment for orders as they come into our system.
  • Scheduling and Labor Management: Schedule work assignments for the following shift and assist with labor management during slow periods.
  • Customer Feedback and Coaching: Provide real-time feedback and coaching to team members, ensuring we meet our Key Customer Requirements.
Requirements
  • Previous Experience: Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the hospitality or ski industry.
  • Leadership Skills: Proven leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers and staff.
