Responsibilities:
  • Operate and maintain imaging equipment, including CT scanners, to produce high-quality images for diagnostic purposes.
  • Prepare patients for exams, including explaining procedures, positioning patients, and ensuring patient comfort and safety.
  • Produce high-quality images by adjusting equipment settings, using contrast agents, and applying other techniques as needed.
  • Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate diagnoses and effective patient care.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient exams, including images, reports, and other relevant information.
Requirements:
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Radiologic Technology or a related field.
  • Current certification as a Registered Technologist (RT) in Radiography or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience as a Diagnostic Imaging Specialist in a hospital or imaging center setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, radiologists, and other healthcare professionals.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
