KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
The marketing manager may delegate additional tasks as business needs evolve.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including the Marketing Manager, Digital Project Lead, and Copywriter.
• Generate ideas, develop mockups, enhance design elements, and assist in creating materials for events,
presentations, multi-page layouts, web and social media content, newsletters, and other projects as the
company's requirements expand.
• Ensure compliance with established production quality and brand guidelines, including typography, logos, and color schemes.
• Manage digital files, including setting up electronic files correctly, adhering to naming conventions,
and archiving.
• Prepare files for print production or end-user delivery and modify existing templates created in InDesign.
• Coordinate print projects with vendors and assist in preparing files for translation.
REQUIREMENTS:
To excel in this role, an individual must successfully fulfill each essential duty. The following qualifications
represent the necessary knowledge, skills, and abilities. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable

• 2-4 Year Degree in Graphic Design or a related discipline.
• A minimum of 5 years of graphic design experience is required, preferably in a corporate environment.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly InDesign on a PC platform (Acrobat Pro, Photoshop, and
Illustrator are advantageous).
• Intermediate skills in PowerPoint, Word, and Excel are essential.
• Familiarity with design principles such as layout, typography, image usage, brand colors, and
producing multi-page InDesign documents.
• Strong problem-solving abilities, sound judgment, and capacity to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Exceptional attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• A proactive attitude towards challenges and adaptability to change.
• Experience with WordPress, Cvent, and SharePoint is a plus.
