Position Overview:
We are seeking a talented Software Automation Engineer to join our dynamic team at Randstad. This role is essential for developing automation solutions tailored for avionics systems testing.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement a robust testing framework for avionics systems.
- Collaborate with the Avionics Advanced Technology Development team to enhance developmental processes.
- Contribute to the "Million Hour Scenario" project, focusing on scenario generation and automated systems testing.
- Develop GUI and workflow tools for scenario-based testing.
- Analyze flight data to create effective testing scenarios.
- Engage in operational state space modeling and sampling methodologies.
- Create scripts for system evaluation.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in software development.
- Proficiency in Python and experience with complex systems integration.
- Familiarity with avionics systems is preferred.
- Strong communication skills to convey complex technical concepts effectively.

Compensation:
Competitive hourly rate based on experience.

Work Environment:
