Job Responsibilities
As a Housekeeper, you will ensure that our residents' living spaces are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness. You will also be responsible for addressing resident inquiries and concerns in a courteous manner. The ideal candidate will be friendly, detail-oriented, and dedicated to providing excellent service.
- Maintain a well-stocked cleaning cart with necessary supplies.
- Exhibit knowledge and respect for the rights and dignity of each resident in all interactions.
- Perform cleaning tasks (dusting, mopping, sanitizing, scrubbing) in resident apartments and common areas daily, following facility protocols.
- Respect residents' privacy and preferences regarding room arrangements and personal items, seeking their input on cleaning methods when appropriate.
- Dispose of waste and other materials safely, adhering to established precautions for any contaminated items.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in residential, office, or hospitality cleaning preferred.
- Ability to follow instructions for cleaning products.
- Capability to stand for extended periods.
- Demonstrated reliability and punctuality.
