New Grad Registered Nurse, Critical Care, Float Pool Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our Float Pool team at Duke Health. As a critical care registered nurse, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, providing exceptional patient care and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.
Responsibilities- Provide high-quality patient care in a variety of settings, including medical surgical, critical care, and pediatric units.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized patient plans.
- Document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes in a timely and accurate manner.
- Participate in rounds and contribute to the development of patient care plans.
- Work effectively in a team environment, prioritizing tasks and managing time to meet deadlines.
- Graduation from an accredited Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (or higher) OR Associate's Degree in Nursing OR Nursing Diploma program.
- Current registration with North Carolina State Board of Nursing as a registered professional nurse OR current compact RN licensure to practice in the state of North Carolina required.
- BLS Certification required.
