About the Role:

We are currently seeking a Full-Time Radiologic Technologist to join our team in Kansas City, MO. As a Radiologic Technologist, you will be responsible for processing medical films, transporting patients, and providing routine assistance to radiology staff in the occupational health clinic.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with processing medical films and maintaining the darkroom
  • Review film for proper identification and quality check
  • Prepare films for reading by physicians
  • Prepare solutions for the film processor
  • Assist technologists with preparing solutions used in radiologic and other diagnostic imaging procedures
  • Assist patients through radiologic diagnostic procedures
  • Conduct radiologic diagnostic procedures and file films and records
  • Receive and store incoming supplies
  • Count stock and maintain inventory records
  • Process records of radiologic procedures performed

Requirements:

  • Documentation of state license/registration (if applicable)
  • American Registry of Radiologic Technologist Certificate (if applicable)
  • State Lab Certificate (NV only)
  • CPR (BLS for community/lay responder or Healthcare Provider/Professional Rescuer) Certification
  • Three years of clinical experience as a Radiologic Technologist in an ambulatory care, occupational health, or emergency department setting
