We are seeking a highly skilled Controller who is ready to take on a strategic financial leadership role and has a clear path to becoming a CFO within 2-3 years. Our client, a top-rated Utah company, is disrupting the residential/commercial services space with their growth and award-winning culture.

The Role:
  • Provide strategic financial leadership beyond traditional controller duties
  • Direct CEO partnership and reporting

Requirements:

  • Heavy audit exposure at a public accounting firm
  • Deep expertise in ASC 606
  • Audit Manager/Senior Manager background preferred
  • Strong leadership presence and communication skills

Compensation: $140 - $160K + Comprehensive Benefits Package
